Refund & Exchange Policy
Customers may request a refund or exchange within 7 days (local orders) or 14 days (international orders) of receiving their items, provided products are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, customers will shoulder return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

Shipping Policy
Local orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered via trusted couriers (e.g., J&T, Ninjavan). International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on destination. Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties.
